LEWIS PRATTEN

FOUNDER & HEAD COACH

Lewis comes from a professional sporting background and a degree in coaching and strength & conditioning.

Lewis is the founder of Hyre and has over a decade experience in coaching people from all backgrounds on how to be physically and mentally stronger.

As a coach, Lewis brings bags of energy, a wealth of knowledge on mindset & philosophy and has the simple goal of making training at Hyre the best hour of your day.

NAOMI JONES

COACH

Friday morning DJ and resident queen of deadlifts, Naomi is a coach who brings out the best of whoever is in her class.

Her goal is to help people build solid foundations and achieve physical freedom through a mixture of bodyweight and strength training.

HAN WOOLEY

COACH

Han got into coaching because of her love for CrossFit, she has been a CrossFit coach for 10 years and has become an accomplished 121 coach alongside that too!

You’ll generally find her in the gym lifting anything heavy and she loves helping people develop their confidence to do the same!!

MAC

HEAD OF WELLNESS

As head of wellness Mac’s goal is to make everyone feel good (when he’s not sleeping busy).

The most caring and comforting coach you will ever meet and guaranteed to always greet you with a smile and a lean.

TORI GREEN

COACH

Before getting into fitness Torie was a professional dancer and has a degree in Theatre Dance. She is a trainer presenter for Les Mills & if you tried to make a group ex coach in a lab, you would probably end up with Torie. Lots of knowledge, loads of energy and always there to encourage and cheer you on.

As a coach, Torie genuinely believes everyone is capable of achieving goals beyond their own belief and loves seeing clients achieve things they didn’t think they could do.

JASON MAXWELL

COACH

Jason is a seasoned 1-1 and small group coach, with expertise in strength & conditioning with a blend of aesthetics and aerobic development.

Jason is passionate about educating and inspiring people ,enhance his clients relationship with functional movement. He arms each person with the fundamental tools to build realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable progression within their training, striving to bring out the very best in everyone he coaches.

EMILY GANDOLFI

COACH

For Emily, music and sport have always played a massive role in her day to day life.
They’ve been her space for creativity, escapism, for working through tough times and celebrating good ones.
Through her knowledge, love for the industry and big playlists she wants to be able to re-create that space for others.

No matter what your relationship is with it and where you are at on your fitness journey, in Emily’s class you will always find and bring out that inner strength!
